- PeakPaddle does not store complete payment information; transactions are handled securely via our payment providers.
- Booking confirmation is sent via email and constitutes a legally binding agreement for the selected activity.
2. Changes and Cancellations
- Requests to modify bookings must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to availability and possible fees.
- Cancellations may incur fees depending on timing and the specific activity policy.
- In the event PeakPaddle cancels an activity due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.
3. Assumption of Risk
Adventure activities inherently carry risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept:
- Possibility of physical injury, illness, or property loss during the activity.
- Responsibility to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
- Requirement to provide accurate health information relevant to your participation.
4. Liability
- PeakPaddle and its employees, guides, or partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- Guides and partner providers are independently responsible for the execution and safety of the activity.
- Insurance coverage is strongly recommended. Some activities may require proof of personal or travel insurance.
5. Participant Obligations
- Participants must follow instructions and respect local rules, environmental guidelines, and safety measures.
- Minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
- Participants are responsible for the condition of their personal equipment unless rented or provided by PeakPaddle.
6. Health and Safety Declarations
For certain activities, you may be asked to provide health-related information to ensure your safety. Withholding relevant information may result in denied participation.
